具体职位描述如下：
Position-Logistics specialist
Located in Dubai
Employment-full time
Report to-Service manager in MENA, Spare part logistics supervisor in HQ
Key responsibilities
1. Spare parts’ shipping related operations
Receive approved spare part application, work with 3PL warehouse to prepare the shipment
Arrange shipping and return related operations
Prepare all the shipping, clearance documents and certifications
2. Spare part sales order follow up
Work with sales team to prepare the shipment and logistics related documentation
Sales order record retention
3.Warehouse management
Work with 3PL to manage Dubai and Egypt warehouse inventory, audit outbound and inbound data
Work with HQ to fulfill the inventory in time
Do inventory counting and audit warehouse facility regularly
4.Settle payment with 3PL, including transportation, warehousing suppliers
5.Work with F&A for inner accounting
6.Execute any assigned work from his direct manager related to his/her job position
7.Follow new warehouses with agents in the region in the near future
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred
2. At least 3 years working experience in logistics department of an enterprise or forwarding/international logistics company
3.Familiar with clearance requirement in each country in middle east, Africa, etc.
4. Fluent English in speaking and writing
5. Skills with good communications, PC experience, especially with MS-office applications. ERP, WMS experience is preferred
