While the pandemic temporarily disrupted our operations, we are thrilled to announce our resurgence and expansion plans. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Sales and Operations team.

Senior Sales and Operation Executive (Shanghai Office):
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in China.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Provide expert advice on travel packages and services to our B2B agents.
Create customized tour packages and itineraries for clients interested in traveling to Dubai.
Prepare detailed and competitive quotations.
Collaborate with the Dubai team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualification
Proven experience in sales and operation (Costings and Quotations) in the travel industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Chinese travel market.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Previous experience in travel operations or related fields is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Operations Executive (Dubai Office):
Coordinate and manage all aspects of inbound operations in Dubai.
Booking of service as per the itinerary.
Ensure the seamless execution of travel itineraries along with Tour Guides.
Handle logistics, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients during their stay in Dubai.

Qualification
Prior experience in destination management-related jobs.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
