• Major into Accounts
• Prepare accounts receivable and payable
• Prepare Daily Report
• Coordinate with store for daily sales report and deposit
• Bank reconciliation (Verify daily sales report from store with bank receipts)
• Visit bank for deposit
• Verify and process reimbursement
• Assist manager in preparing tax related documents and prepare work procedure as per company policy
• Assist manager with tasks assigned
Requirement:
• At least 1 year experience as Account Assistant
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field are preferred
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Strong math skills and the sensitive to numerical
• Familiar with MS Office and MS Excel
• Able to handle private and confidential information
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Spoken and Written)
• Candidate who can speak fluent Chinese are preferably
• Candidate who can join immediately are preferably
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per year
