【招聘】Guest Relations Executive Wellness & Regenerative Medicine Brand AEON is our new wellness & regenerative medicine concept located within an internationally acclaimed hotel on Palm Jumeirah: Atlantis The Royal.
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our AEON team. Responsibilities will include:
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Ability to speak about Aesthetic treatments and Regenerative Medicine services
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Supervisor when needed
- Record information for accounts
- Billing guests
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience within customer service
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Bi-lingual. Fluency in English is a MUST • Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
