Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Dubai

Profile and Qualifications:
• Law degree (post-graduate qualifications are a plus).
• Experienced in international commercial transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• At least Three years' working experience.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the following Tasks:
• Analysing claim documents and legal strategy/process of the claims if required.
• Manage claim files to ensure their progress as per the company's guidelines.
• Devise appropriate recovery strategies and amicable settlements.
• Updating and advising the clients on the progress of their claims.
