【招聘】Chinese speaking Mortgage Advisor Hiring
Looking for mortgage advisor for a leading mortgage brokerage company in Dubai. Required Chinese Advisor addressing especially to Chinese investors in Dubai as the trend is moving.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Originate and make sales of mortgage packages to customers, including meeting and counseling with customers, understanding client’s financial profile, requirement for the housing finance in UAE, financial planning, repayment capability, etc.
2.Educate customers about different types of mortgage, applicable rates, bank policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures, repayment and protection plans.
3.Understand the UAE real estate market and able to advise customer the transaction procedure and policies.
4.Gather and analyze documents required for loan approval, closing, etc.
5.Maintain and manage customer and their mortgage information accurately.
6.Develop relationship with Attorneys, banks, real estate agents, etc. to help promoting bank mortgages for clients.
7.Engage in marketing, promotion and business development activities in support of sales, Maintain strong relationship with builders and real estate persons for business development.
8.End to end process management
9.Be accurate in numbers, detailed in documentation and information communicated, keep confidential and protect clients’ data as per policy.
10.Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
Qualifications & Skills:
1.Previous Banking experience, Esp. Mortgage field is highly preferred (whether in China or any country is welcome)
2.Good with numbers, able to work with financial calculations to explain to customers
3.Good customer service skills with professional business manner, problem solving skills.
4.Good communicator, interpersonal skills, able to explain complex information clearly and accurately
5.Time management skills and able to adjust busy workflow and be punctual
6.Real estate finance minded, and able to adapt to challenges, and able to learn with interest in financial sector
7.Good with Chinese, English languages
