Female -Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak in English and Chinese.
Reception and reservations background (SevenRooms) ；
Handling the restaurant Wechat and Douyin account, as well as the guest engagement on both plateforms.
Perform the guest relation skill with Chinese speaking guest. (Follow up on guest on wechat/whatsapp) ；
-Being able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times；
Being able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Having the ability to work independently and autonomously；
Being reliable, honest, friendly, and patient ；
Strong phone skills；
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance ；
Being proactive when communicating with clients and customers ；
Punctual with strong attendance history ；

AED 6k monthly + Tips + Accommodation provided + 30 days vacation per year + PH as per UAE + 6 days off monthly
