Retail Salesperson Job Description Responsibilities: Ø Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Ø Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Ø Maintain a fully stocked store. Ø Ascertain customers’ needs and wants. Ø Recommend and display items that match customer needs. Ø Welcome and greet customers. Ø Manage point-of-sale processes and system. Ø Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments. Ø Keep up to date with product information. Ø Accurately describe product features and benefits. Ø Follow all companies’ policies and procedures. Ø Manages financial transactions. Ø Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Requirements: Ø Proven working experience in retail sales. 1-year experience is must. Ø Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ø Proficiency in English and Chinese. Ø Track record of over-achieving sales quota. Ø Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ø Customer service focus. Ø Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Ø Basic administration skills. Ø Driving License is a plus.
