Job Description
The role reports to the GM and has the following key responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting / interview schedules for consultants, candidates, and clients
Handle complex and extensive travel arrangements (includes visa processing, flights, accommodation and transportation requirements) of consultants and candidates.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure effective and efficient quality service
Assist Marketing manager for local marketing event, online digital marketing activity and other marketing promotion
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Maintain the current information system and procedures that allow swift and easy access to key documents and files
Prepare and track expense and health claims
Handle visa, medical, insurance applications; ensure permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal
Support with general administration – distributing mails, selecting vendors, preparing PO, maintaining petty cash, dealing with IT related matters, etc.
Screen incoming calls, fielding calls if appropriate, and assisting where possible
Skills
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
3 – 5 years prior experience preferred with Senior Executive
Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Be flexible for overtime as needed
