Hiring: Senior BD Manager – CFD Trading (Chinese-speaking)

Our client is a well-known international online brokerage specializing in CFDs, Forex, commodities and indices. To support expansion into the UAE and Chinese-speaking markets, they are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with strong sales capability and an existing network of traders or IBs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales
Source and onboard new clients (B2C & B2B) for CFD/Forex trading, with a strong focus on Chinese-speaking traders, expatriates and international clients.
Promote account opening, funding/deposits, and active trading volume.
Conduct product demonstrations for MT4/MT5 or other trading platforms.

IB & Partnership Development
Identify, negotiate and sign cooperation agreements with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, signal providers, KOLs and Chinese-speaking trading communities.
Support IB partners with marketing materials, rebates, events and promotional campaigns to increase trading volume and revenue.

Market Growth & Strategy
Analyze target markets, competitors, pricing and client behavior to propose business strategies.
Participate in seminars, online webinars, expos and social media campaigns attracting Chinese-speaking traders.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide support with onboarding, KYC process, platform usage and basic troubleshooting (front-end support).
Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure AML/KYC and regulatory requirements are followed.

Performance & Reporting
Achieve monthly KPIs including new accounts, active traders and trading volume.
Prepare business reports and market feedback to management.

Key Requirements:
Around 5 years experience in CFD/Forex brokerage, online trading platform, crypto exchange, binary options or relevant fintech sales.
Chinese Mandarin fluency is mandatory; English required. Cantonese is a plus.
Strong understanding of CFDs, Forex, leverage, spreads, swaps, IB rebate structures and risk concepts.
Candidates with existing client base or IB network will have priority.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to work independently, travel for business, and meet revenue targets.
Familiar with offshore account setup, international client onboarding or Chinese-speaking client support.
