Marketing & Public Relations Manager (Chinese-speaking) - 市场与公关经理
Job Location: Dubai, UAE.

Our client is seeking a Marketing & PR Manager to drive brand promotion, marketing content, and stakeholder relations across the UAE and GCC region, particularly within the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional brand marketing and communication strategies.
Create high-quality marketing content for digital and offline channels.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, media, and key external partners.
Plan and manage offline marketing events, exhibitions, and corporate activities.
Conduct market research and provide insights to support marketing decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
3+ years’ marketing experience in the ICT industry within the GCC.
Strong understanding of brand communication and content creation.
Experience in offline event planning and PR/government relations.
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
