工作地点 / Location：Dubai
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
参与工地施工的技术管理与支持，协助项目经理落实施工计划；
Provide technical support and management on the construction site, assisting the project manager in implementing construction plans.
熟练阅读、理解和解释施工图纸，确保现场施工符合设计要求；
Proficient in reading, understanding, and interpreting construction drawings to ensure on-site work meets design specifications.
提供专业的施工方案建议与技术指导；
Provide professional advice and technical guidance on construction solutions.
协助解决现场施工中的技术问题，确保工程质量与进度；
Assist in solving technical issues on-site to ensure project quality and progress.
协调与国内外工程团队的沟通与合作；
Coordinate communication and cooperation with domestic and international engineering teams.
完成公司安排的其他相关工作。
Carry out other tasks assigned by the company.

任职要求 / Requirements
外籍人士，本科及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程或相关专业；
Foreign candidates, Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
能熟练看懂并解释施工图纸，有现场施工经验；
Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings, with hands-on site experience.
具备建筑施工或工程项目的相关工作经验；
Relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects.
英语流利，会中文者优先；
Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
能适应工地工作环境，具有较强的团队协作与沟通能力；
Ability to adapt to construction site environment, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
