Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries with professionalism and timely response.
Provide comprehensive information on our properties and services to potential clients.
Inquire about clients' interest in listing their properties for sale or rent, or if they are looking to invest or buy in real estate, facilitating a full-service experience.
Schedule property viewings and consultations with our sales team for interested clients.
Accurately maintain and update customer information within our database.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer insights and feedback to enhance our service offerings.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on real estate trends and company policies.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English is required.
Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma is required; further education in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Must have valid UAE driving license
