Work Responsibility：
1. Product Presentation: Ensure that products are displayed attractively and prominently in stores to optimize sales.
2. Sales and Promotion: Implement sales and promotional strategies to stimulate product demand. This may involve setting up product displays, organizing in-store events.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and distributors to ensure that products are well-stocked, showcased correctly, and receive adequate promotions.
4. Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth. Involve visiting competitor stores, analyzing market data, and conducting customer surveys.
5. Planogram Execution: Follow planograms (schematic layouts) provided by the company to ensure consistent product placement and presentation across different stores. Collaborate with store personnel to explain and implement planograms correctly.
6. Brand Compliance: Ensure that all promotional and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Monitor displays and marketing collaterals to ensure consistent branding across different stores.
7. Merchandising Optimization: Continuously analyze sales data, including product performance, stock levels, and customer feedback, to optimize merchandising strategies. Adjust product placement, pricing, and promotions accordingly to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to share with management. Provide recommendations to improve sales and merchandising strategies based on findings.

Job Requirement：
1. Must have more than 2 years of merchandiser working experience in FMCG industry
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing is preferred;
3. English can be used as a working language;
