Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
Execute daily fund settlement operations through internal systems and external clearing platforms, including payment processing, fund transfer and transaction confirmation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
负责通过内部系统及外部清算平台开展日常资金结算业务，包括付款处理、资金划转及交易确认，确保业务准确、高效执行。
Review and verify settlement instructions and supporting documents to ensure transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk control procedures.
负责审核资金结算指令及相关业务资料，确保交易符合公司制度、监管要求及风险控制规定。
Handle pre-settlement and post-settlement checks, investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, and follow up outstanding transactions.
负责开展结算前及结算后检查，调查并处理结算差异，跟进未完成交易事项。
Perform account reconciliation and transaction adjustments, and coordinate with accounting, compliance and other departments when necessary.
负责账户对账及交易调整工作，必要时协调财务、合规及其他相关部门。
Monitor daily fund positions and settlement activities, and support liquidity management and cash management operations.
负责监控日常资金头寸及结算情况，协助开展流动性管理及现金管理相关工作。
Handle customer enquiries related to settlement services and provide timely and professional solutions.
负责处理客户关于资金结算业务的咨询，并提供及时、专业的解决方案。
Closely liaise with Head Office and overseas clients on fund settlement arrangements, process improvement and cash management services.
负责与总部及海外客户保持沟通，协助开展资金结算安排、流程优化及现金管理服务推广。
Prepare operational reports and management reports based on settlement data analysis.
根据资金结算数据分析，编制业务运营报告及管理报表。
Participate in financial system enhancement projects, user acceptance testing (UAT) and business process optimization.
参与金融业务系统优化项目、用户验收测试（UAT）及业务流程优化工作。
Handle other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
完成公司安排的其他工作任务。

Job Requirements
任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
本科及以上学历，金融、会计、经济、工商管理或相关专业。
2–3 years of relevant experience in fund settlement, treasury operations, banking operations, payments or financial institutions is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also welcome.
具有2-3年资金结算、资金运营、银行运营、支付业务或金融机构相关工作经验者优先；优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
Knowledge of payment settlement processes, banking operations and cash management services is preferred.
熟悉支付结算流程、银行业务及现金管理服务者优先。
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
具备较强的责任心、细致性、分析能力及问题解决能力。
Good risk management awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
具备良好的风险管理意识和合规意识。
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
具备较强的抗压能力、多任务处理能力及时间管理能力。
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效开展内外部协作。
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其是Excel；具有金融系统操作经验者优先。
High language proficiency in both English and Chinese.
具备良好的中英文听说读写能力。
