职位：广告销售专员Advertising Sales Executive
工作地点：阿布扎比 ABU DHABI

一、工作职责：Responsibilities:
1.制定并执行销售策略，拓展广告行业新客户资源。（Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the advertising sector.）
2.建立并维护与现有及潜在客户的长期合作关系。（Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.）
3.协同内部创意与营销团队，提供定制化广告解决方案。（Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.）
4.达成并超越月度/季度销售目标。(Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.）

二、招聘要求：Requirements:
1.国籍、性别不限；Nationality and gender are not restricted.
2.需拥有广告公司从业经验，并具备扎实的广告销售背景。(Proven experience working in an advertising agency, with a strong background in advertising sales.）
3.出色的沟通、谈判与演讲能力。(Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.)
4.具备独立工作及团队协作能力。(Ability to work independently and as part of a team.）
5.英语流利为必要条件(Fluency in English is essential)

4.试用期薪资?8,000 迪拉姆/月(Probation period salary:8,000 AED per month.）
5.转正后薪资结构为?底薪 + 提成，综合年薪范围约?30 万 - 50 万迪拉姆（具体面议）。Post-probation compensation:?Base salary + commission, with total annual earnings ranging from?300,000 to 500,000 AED(negotiable based on experience and performance).
