Business Interface Executive (Native Chinese)
Location: Abudhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Introduction to Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Interface Executive who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business interfaces between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication, and driving business development efforts. This individual will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring that our business operations are aligned with client expectations and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and the effective flow of information.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as an interpreter for both Mandarin and English, facilitating smooth communication during meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
Effectively communicate with clients in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clear understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
Support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, cultivating leads, and driving sales efforts.
Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring both client and company interests are met.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
Resolve any client issues or conflicts, working closely with relevant teams to ensure satisfaction and the timely resolution of problems.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.

Key Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally in business development, account management, or customer relations.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
