Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to oversee and manage the full training cycle for all our team members based in Dubai.

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that focus on the history, background, and development of DTU (Data Trade Union), as well as its ongoing and upcoming projects whole over the world. This role is essential in equipping our team with the knowledge and tools needed to align with organizational goals and ensure cohesive internal communication and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training plans based on DTU’s history, mission, values, milestones, and project pipeline.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions through workshops, presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and translate them into training content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure training programs comply with DTU standards and the holding company culture.
Maintain accurate training records and generate regular progress reports for the Marketing and Sales Departments.
Act as the main point of contact for all training-related inquiries within the Dubai office.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or business development role.
Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a must.
