【招聘】Building Contracting Engineer.
We’re Hiring: Building Contracting Engineer. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Building Contracting Engineer to join our growing construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring that all works are executed according to approved plans, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage construction site activities related to building contracting and structural work.
•Oversee site layout, excavation, foundation, concrete, and finishing works.
•Coordinate with architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities (DM/Trakhees).
•Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations (HSE).
•Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and technical documentation.
•Handle site inspections and material approvals as per project requirements.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
•3–5 years UAE experience in building contracting projects
•Dubai Municipality (DM) or Trakhees engineer approval preferred
•Strong knowledge of site execution, structure, and finishing works
•Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction documentation
•UAE driving license is a plus
