Job Summary
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for communication with MU Head Office departments and a key partner to the MU Country Manager. Your role will encompass both customer service excellence and active support for sales and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and efficient sales support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in meetings and company visits with Chinese agents.
Act as the SPOC for all communication between our Riyadh office and MU Head Office departments in China.
Support the MU Country Manager with administrative, reporting, and operational tasks.
Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers across various channels (phone, email, chat).
Assist with shipment bookings and collaborate with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) and MU Headquarters.
Manage and maintain weekly, monthly, and fortnightly reports.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Qualifications
Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general customer service/sales tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Prior experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is an advantage.

任职资格
精通中英文(书面及口语)
具备优秀的人际沟通及客户服务能力
熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 及常用客户服务/销售工具
能够在快节奏、高压力的环境下有效地处理多项任务和时间管理
有销售支持或客户服务相关经验者优先
