Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the centralized management of compliance risk and support for front desk operations.
•Assist front desk department with KYC reviews of existing clients and the onboarding of new clients .
•Responsible for statistics, policy transmission, and other functions related to anti-money laundering and compliance work within the department.
•Verify and validate remediation of any compliance issues identified through internal inspections or regulatory assessments, as required by other departments.
•Assist relationship managers in the preparation of investigation reports for local/regional loan syndications, including the collection of financial data. Also support them with data input, system operations, and other operational work.
•Responsible for the establishment and management of all records (both electronic and hard copies) related to credit business, as well as monthly reconciliation with the system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business data.
•Responsible for submitting various statistical reports within the department.
•Other works assigned by the Head of department.

Job Specification:
•Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field relevant to the specific sector. .
•Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
•Proficient in MS Excel, Word, or other advanced software skills.
•Knowledge about Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and has CAMS certificate would be a plus.
