Overview: CipherBC is looking for a full-time, onsite Client Support & Executive Assistant to join our Dubai office. This is a dual-role position combining B2B client support and executive-level assistance. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, particularly for those using our wallet solutions (WaaS, Flexify, CipherSafe) and white-label crypto cards. In parallel, you will assist the CEO in daily operations, calendar management, and cross-company coordination (CipherBC, PayNex, HyperPay).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role, along with fluency in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support (B2B)
Support CipherBC's B2B clients across wallet and card products, answering questions, resolving usage issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Coordinate technical integration and joint testing between clients and our internal engineering team for WaaS, Flexify, and CipherSafe.
Manage white-label crypto card projects end-to-end, including design approval, production coordination, and international logistics.
Liaise with upstream vendors and merchant partners, ensuring clear and professional communication at every step.
Document key processes, build internal SOPs, and help streamline client servicing workflows.
Executive Assistant
Assist the CEO with scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, managing daily task flow, and following up on key action items.
Coordinate communication and execution across multiple ongoing projects in CipherBC, PayNex, and HyperPay.
Handle documentation, meeting notes, and administrative requests to keep operations running smoothly.
Proactively suggest and implement tools or systems to improve organization and efficiency.

Requirements:
Located in Dubai or willing to relocate; this is a full-time onsite role.
Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken); ability to write and speak in Mandarin Chinese fluently is also required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, executive assistance, project coordination, or similar roles.
Experience in fintech, Web3, or B2B technical products is a strong advantage but not required.
Highly organized with the ability to structure chaos, create SOPs, and manage complex workflows.
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, and Slack.
