Job responsibilities:
1. Customer development and maintenance
• In-depth exploration of B-end customer resources such as real estate developers, hotels, apartments, property companies, and government projects;
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting cooperation intentions and implementing projects.
2. Project follow-up and bidding
• Obtain project information and coordinate the whole process of preliminary plan design, quotation, bidding and negotiation;
• Coordinate the internal team to complete the preparation of technical solutions and commercial tenders, and improve the winning rate.
3. Plan formulation and output
• According to customer needs, integrate the company's products, platforms and service resources to develop overall solutions;
• Participate in project proposal presentations to explain the architecture and advantages of smart home systems.
4. Resource integration and channel expansion
• Expand industry cooperation resources such as design institutes, consulting companies, general contractors and integrators;
• Build diversified customer acquisition channels to expand potential project leads.
5. Market and competitive product analysis
• Understand market dynamics, competitive product solutions, customer budgets and decision-making processes, and provide suggestions for the company's strategic adjustment;
• Assist the marketing team to improve the B-side promotion materials and customer case packaging.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience background
• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, building intelligence, marketing or related field is preferred;
• More than 3 years of B-end sales experience, smart home, weak current system, building automation, real estate supporting industry experience is preferred.
2. Customer resources
• Customer resources in real estate, hotels, apartments, property management companies and other industries are preferred;
• Able to independently develop and maintain the relationship.
3. Business capability
• Familiar with the principle and integrated application of smart home system, able to read CAD drawings and technical solutions is preferred;
• Familiar with bidding process, technical bid evaluation rules and project operation mode.
4. Communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent business negotiation ability, project promotion ability and cross-team collaboration ability;
• Be able to adapt to the multicultural environment in the Middle East and have fluent communication skills in Arabic or English.
5. Bonus points
• Have sales experience in the Middle East market or participated in large-scale smart community/smart hotel projects;
• Resource-based customer channels (such as design institute/consultant/weak current general contract, etc.) are preferred.
