主要职责Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for order fulfillment and transportation follow-up
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers for order production and transportation
- Handle documentation
- Issue invoice for payment collection from overseas offices, agents, customers and co-loaders
- Follow up customers’ payment status
- Carry out other duties as required
任职要求Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade or English.
- Good knowledge of international trade workflow, laws and regulations
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proactive working attitude, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
- Having related working experience is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Clerk
