Key Responsibilities
•Client Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, guide clients through the onboarding process.
•Coordination & Follow-up with clients: Collaborate with legal consultants and team members to schedule meetings and consultations with the clients,
•Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
•Client Satisfaction: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Qualifications
•Language Proficiency:
oNative or fluent Chinese speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience & Skills:
oPrevious experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or administrative positions (preferably within the legal or professional services industry).
oExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
oStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
oProficiency in using various communication platforms and basic CRM software.
oAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
