1、Job Vacancy: IT Officer (Full Time)
Job Responsibilities:
•In charge of IT security management and IT network management, including Disaster Recovery test, system and application user access control, backup, network & security device maintenance etc.
•In charge of OA hardware and software maintenance, including software installation, trouble-shooting.
•In charge of maintenance of IT infrastructure，including CCU, UPS, servers, network. Undertaking daily patrol in server room. Overseeing the preventive service from vendor.
•Assistance in IT project implementation.
•Assistance in maintenance application system including bug fix and system upgrade .
•Assistance in updating IT manuals according to the business development and H.O.regulatory requirement.
Job Specification:
•Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science (Network or Computer Security field is better).
•At least 2 Years working experience and familiar with network configuration and maintenance, familiar with IT security management.
•Familiar with windows system.
•Have network certification: CCNP, HCSE, network engineer certification or above in Chinese Computer and Software Technology Proficiency. Or professional certificate of the corresponding level.
•Proficient oral and written in Chinese and English.

2、Job Vacancy: Accountant officer (Full Time)
Job Responsibilities:
· Report Preparation: Prepare daily financial reports, such as Financial Highlights. Regularly compile regulatory reports for the Head Office (HO).
· Manual Accounting Processing: Prepare accounting entries and maintain parameters in the system, such as the values of Available-for-Sale (AFS) securities, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), etc.
· Accounting Monitoring: Monitor financial accounting reports daily, analyze abnormal data, and identify and resolve issues.
· Fixed Assets Management: Review fixed asset expenditure items, maintain and update fixed asset records, and conduct an annual inventory count of fixed assets.
· Management of Liquidity Risk and Market Risk of the Banking Book: Daily monitoring and projection of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR); Weekly monitoring of the LCR for significant currencies; Monthly reporting on liquidity and interest rate risks of the banking book; Quarterly reporting on liquidity stress tests, interest rate risk stress tests, and foreign exchange rate risk analysis.
Job Specification:
At least bachelor degree majored in financial related areas;At least 1 years working experiences in financial or accounting function; CPA, ACCA preferred.
3、Job Vacancy：Corporate Banking Officer (Full Time)
Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the centralization management of compliance risk and supporting front desk works.
•Assisting front desk department with KYC reviews of existing clients or new clients onboarding.
•Responsible for statistics, policy transmission and other functions related to anti-money laundering and compliance work within the department.
•Verify and validate remediation of any compliance issues found in internal inspections or regulatory assessments as required by other departments.
•Assisting the relationship manager in participating investigation report of local/regional loan syndication with financial data collecting. Assisting relationship manager in respect of information input, system operation and other operational work.
•Responsible for the establishment and management of all records (Electronic files and hard copy files)related to the credit business and reconciliation with system on monthly basis, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business data.
•The submission of various statistic works in the department.
•Other works assigned by the Head of department.
Job Specification:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Related fields include business, finance, economics or an area of expertise specific to a sector.
•Fluent in English (spoken and writing, IELTS Above 6.0). Speaking Chinese would be a plus.
•Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•Knowledge about Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and has CAMS certificate would be a plus.
