Chinese Bilingual Assistant to After-Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant to support our After-Sales Manager in onboarding and managing new white-label clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Chinese and English, possess strong organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support
Assist in collecting and organizing required documentation from new white-label clients for platform onboarding.
Provide clear, concise communication to clients about onboarding processes and deliverables.
Training Coordination
Help prepare and deliver training materials to new clients, ensuring they understand how to use the exchange platform effectively.
Conduct follow-ups to address client questions and challenges during the training phase.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for ongoing client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and any issues encountered.
Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence as required.
Assist in preparing internal and external presentations and documentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments, such as technical support and sales, to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in customer support, client onboarding, or administrative roles is a plus.
Interest in or experience with cryptocurrency or financial platforms is preferred but not required.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as a liaison between TinyTrader and our clients, providing product and service information, resolving
any emerging problems, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information about TinyTrader's products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
Assist with troubleshooting common issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of digital asset trading platforms and related technologies.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
