Job Opportunity in Dubai: Operations Specialist – Chinese Speaking

Job Highlights:

•Proven experience in secretarial, administrative, or operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle general reception duties, including managing incoming calls, inquiries, and messages.

•Oversee daily postage and courier services for incoming and outgoing documents.

•Provide operational support for office activities, including managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and organizing staff events.

•Update and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate records of attendance, leave, personal information, and staff movements.

•Oversee the monthly payroll process, including calculations and disbursement.

•Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.

•Operate internal management systems (e.g., outsourcing, HRM systems) to facilitate smooth business operations.

•Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

•Higher Diploma or above.

•At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration roles.

•Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to HR and company operations.

•Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

•Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, with flexibility and a proactive attitude.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Opportunity in Dubai: Marketing & Sales Specialist (Chinese-speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

•Digital Marketing: Implement tactics, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, website management, marketing automation, and social media campaigns.

•Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external parties, such as partners, vendors, and industry associations.

•Event Management: Support local and regional events such as trade shows and seminars by coordinating stakeholders and managing event logistics.

•Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, videos, flyers, and eDMs.

•Sales Support: Understand corporate sales policies and regulations to provide operational support to the sales team.

•System Management: Operate sales administration system to streamline business processes.

•Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

•Higher Diploma or above.

•At least 2 years of relevant experience, such as a marketing or sales specialist in the UAE or the Middle East.

•Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

•Skilled in using computer software and marketing tools.

•Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

•Well-organized, adaptable, and possesses strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
