【招聘】Assistant to the Managing Director
招聘一名会中文的 Assistant to the Managing Director,for an Accounting Consultancy in Dubai.
Main Responsibilities: Secretarial and Business Relationship Management
Key Duties:
•Assist the MD to Draft business quotations/proposals and service contracts for client submission.
•Manage contract administration for the company.
•Assist with Customer Due Diligence by obtaining completed KYC documentation.
•Coordinate meetings, visits, and reception arrangements for the MD
•Participate in business meetings with the MD, taking and preparing meeting minutes for review and distribution.
•Act as the admin user for the Company’s Office Automation (OA) system, liaising with HR and Admin to support company management.
•Draft and distribute internal announcements, contribute to marketing and business development articles for social media.
•Assist in organizing internal and external resources to facilitate company trainings, events, seminars, and webinars.
•Oversee accommodation arrangements for certain employees, part-time staff, or interns.
•Perform any additional duties as assigned by the MD.

Qualifications & Key Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business English, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years’ work experience, with direct experience in the UAE considered a strong advantage.
•Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.
•Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
•Strong organizational skills with agility and adaptability.
•Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively.
•Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related applications.
•Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure with positive outcomes.
