Assistant HR Manager (Chinese)
Exp: 3 – 5 years (UAE exp)
Work location: Oneroad, Al Quoz – Dubai
Salary range: 5,000-7,000 AED
Must have good proficiency in English & Chinese language
Job responsibilities:
•Assists the HRD with managing human resource operations. Plans and organizes workloads
and recommends staff assignments as needed.
•Monitors priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is performed in a timely and
efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
•Assist the HR Manager as a member of the Management Team, performing complex
professional, technical and administrative human resources functions which include
identifying needs and opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures.
•Coordinates the implementation of human resources policies and procedures; conducts
research to assure HR compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules.
•Works closely with the HRD during the recruitment and selection of new hires and
promotional positions including preparing and posting of announcements, test and PD
•Assures the maintenance of human resource databases and related employee records
systems, and compliance with applicable legal requirements, collective bargaining
agreements and policies. Prepares and updates spreadsheets utilized in budget preparation
relating to collective bargaining.
•Maintains the HR log of grievances, and pending litigation, including on the most sensitive
matters.
•Recommends salary ranges, gathering, compiling and analyzing the salary and benefits of
comparable positions; analyzing market factor requests and implementing compensation
plan changes; develops and revises position descriptions, and evaluation and placement of
positions within classifications.
•Participates in the research for labor negotiations, reviews proposals, writes
recommendations and provides support to the HRD for ongoing labor contract
administration, interpretation and advice to the Management.
•Monitors employee complaints and/or grievances; prepares correspondence and
documentation during the process.•Assist the HR Manager in the development and/or revisions of the employee performance
evaluation system.
•Keeps abreast of new trends and innovations and changes in laws in the field of human
resources administration, especially employment and labor relations.
Educational Qualification:
Any Bachelors degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualification

Assistant to General Manager (Chinese)

Salary range: 5,000-7,000 AED
Must have good proficiency in English & Chinese language
Job responsibilities:
To provide excellent, professional assistance to the GM including management of the GM’s calendar,
travel arrangements, meeting coordination and email correspondence as appropriate.
To develop and maintain positive and functional relationships with internal staff and external
stakeholders.
To manage highly confidential information in accordance with Tourism Bay of Plenty policy and
processes.
To manage supplier contracts and relationships and annually review current suppliers.
To undertake organisation and team management projects as directed.
To continually review current office processes and procedures ensuring efficiency and productiveness.
To coordinate board meetings and correspondence related to board meetings, including professional
minute taking.
To assist the wider team with the collation and coordination of various reports including board
reports, and the annual plan and report.
Educational Qualification:
Any Bachelors degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualification
