JOB SUMMARY
The Translator will be an integral part of the team working to ensure that the materials are translated accurately to make them more accessible. The position will require to work with the Director of Operations to create professional documents in Mandarin / English / Vietnamese Language.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translating written and verbal communications within the team.
• Ensuring that the message conveyed is accurate and appropriate.
• Translate a variety of materials including documents, emails, and web content.
• Proofread and edit translations.
• Interpreting in-person when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluency in Mandarin / English and Vietnamese is a must.
• Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer office software.
• Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and team spirit.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education:
Bachelor’s degree in communication or relevant field Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years
Salary: Initial Offer AED 9000, possible increment after probation period.
Work Timings: Mon to Sat 9AM to 6PM
Chinese Profiency Requirements: Level 6
English Profiency Requirement: Professional
