Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management: Review and consolidate payroll submissions from various project teams for approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Onboarding, Transfer, and Exit Management: Oversee onboarding, transfer, and exit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Service Contract and Personnel File Management: Manage the signing and updating of employment contracts and establish and maintain personnel records and archives.
4. Outsourcing Collaboration Management: Execute outsourcing contracts, maintain regular communication with suppliers, resolve collaboration issues, and foster positive relationships.
5. Recruitment Management: Assist in recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the hiring process.
6. Training Management: Organize onboarding orientations to ensure outsourced personnel are familiar with company policies and service expectations.
7. Service Evaluation Management: Support project teams in conducting monthly evaluations of outsourced personnel if required and managing related communications when necessary.

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in human resources or outsourcing management.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll, contract management, and personnel records, along with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with strong capabilities in data processing and analysis.
5. Communication: Proficient in English with excellent communication and coordination skills, and adept at managing relationships with outsourcing suppliers and internal teams.
6. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all tasks.
7. Teamwork: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
