Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company’s business sales, business docking, and business activities;
2. Target customers of various properties, real estate agents, decoration companies, cleaning service companies, etc.;
3. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's sales strategies and plans, including market analysis and goal setting;
4. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs to provide data support for the adjustment of sales strategies;
5. Plan and organize marketing activities, assist the marketing department in product promotion, and enhance brand awareness and market contribution;
6. Solve problems encountered in the sales process in a timely manner, handle customer complaints, and ensure the satisfaction of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in market, marketing, or business roles.
2. Good professional qualities, work appearance, and ethics.
3. Proficient in English (listening and reading) with strong communication skills.
4. Strong negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.
5. UAE driver’s license.

Salary and Benefits:
1. Base salary + Sales commission + Department performance percentage.
2. Additional participation in a 2% company-wide revenue bonus .
3. Opportunities for promotion and benefits based on company development.
4. Retail commission.
5. Commission based on monthly shipment totals from self-developed agents and retailers.

Working Hours:
1. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
