Recovery Advisers B.V. is an international firm focused on international trade law, commercial dispute resolution, and credit insurance claims and recoveries management.
We are looking for a Commercial Law Graduate to join our team in Dubai.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the following Tasks:
•Manage claim files to ensure their progress as per the company's guidelines.
•Devise appropriate recovery strategies and negotiate amicable settlements.
•Updating and advising the clients on the progress of their claims.
•Investigate claims, conduct cargo trace and enter new claims in the company's system.

Profile and Qualifications
•Law degree (post-graduate qualifications are a plus).
•Preferably with experience in international commercial transactions and law.
•Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
•Computer proficiency (MS Office).
