Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Horizon Gate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, including buying, selling, and renting properties. You will leverage your knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, and dedication to customer service to guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.

* Client Consultation: Understand client goals and finances.
* Property Representation: Market properties to buyers or renters.
* Buyer and Seller Representation: Negotiate favorable terms.
* Transaction Management: Oversee smooth closings.
* Market Analysis: Provide accurate pricing guidance.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting connections.
* Customer Service: Ensure exceptional support throughout transactions.

Requirements:
· Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license in UAE.
· Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
· Knowledge: Understanding of local real estate market dynamics, property laws, and transaction procedures.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and negotiate with diverse parties.
· Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
· Drive and Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and achieve success.
· Language: A bilingual or multilingual speaker that can speaks Mandarin, French or German is required.
