职位描述:
(1)Responsible for overseas business development and project coordination
(2)Key accounts/Sales management includes overseas customers relationship handling (key accounts and dealers), customers visit, sales lead management, projects identification, contract terms negotiation, sales contracts confirmation, and project management (including but not limit to project execution, complaint handling, follow-up process till completion of projects with customers’ highest satisfaction)
(3)Coordination, synchronous collaboration with product development department, R&D department, specific project team, and associated department for overseas business development, customers’ needs feedback and to assist the Company to provide the right products and services to our customers
(4)Overseas project risk management – this includes the assessment of customers and dealers' credit worthiness, debts/payment collection, and the like
(5)Achieve annual sales budget set by the Company
(6)Work closely with Regional Office and Headquarters in developing specific sales campaigns - custom-tailored solutions for customers/ddealers/distributors
(7)Attend trade shows/exhibitions and Company functions/events as per required.
2.Other Job Duties
(1)Regular business travels may be required as per Company business requirement
(2)The candidate will report to the Regional Director
(3)The candidate may also support other region(s) if required.
(4)The candidate may be assigned to work on specific projects if required.
(5)The candidate must ensure Company value and reputation are protected at all time.

(1)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field
(2)Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in Ports and Terminals, Airports, or logistic related business
(3)Excellent communication and negotiation skills
(4)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
(5)Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
