JOB OVERVIEW: 这是在迪拜一家屡获殊荣的设计师陈列室工作的机会。该公司销售高端奢华厨房和家具，正在寻找一位富有才华且专注客户的陈列室设计师加入他们的团队。作为陈列室设计师，您将负责创建令人振奋且实用的设计解决方案，同时为参观我们陈列室的客户提供优质的客户服务
Design Consultation:
•Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide personalized design consultations to help them select suitable kitchens, wardrobes,and furniture solutions for their homes
Space Planning
•Utilize your expertise in spatial planning to assist customers in visualizing how the kitchens, wardrobes and furniture will enhance their living spaces.
•Create floor plans and suggest layouts that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
Product Knowledge
•Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including kitchen furniture, wardrobes, and loose indoor and outdoor furniture.
•Stay up to date with the latest trends and industry developments
Design Presentations
•Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that showcase the showroom's products and their potential applications in customers' homes.
•Use digital tools, catalogs, and physical samples to effectively communicate design concepts
Customization
•Collaborate with customers to tailor furniture selections to their specific preferences and requirements.
•Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and customizations to match their style and budget
Material Selection
•Assist customers in selecting suitable materials, colours; considering their durability, functionality, and overall design aesthetic
Relationship Building
•Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and offering ongoing support throughout the design and purchasing process.
•Maintain contact with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Showroom Merchandising
•Contribute to the visual merchandising efforts by arranging and styling furniture displays in an appealing and organized manner.
•Ensure that the showroom is clean, well maintained, and visually impactful.
Industry Networking:
•Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay informed about new product releases, design trends, and technological advancements.
•Share acquired knowledge with colleagues and use it to enhance the showroom's offerings.
Sales Support
•Collaborate closely with the PM to provide technical information, design guidance, and assistance during the installation process.
•Work in tandem to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:
•Mandarin Speaker (Essential)
•Proven experience as an interior designer, showroom designer, or related role, with a focus on kitchens, wardrobes and furniture utilizing the strong knowledge of furniture design, space planning, and interior decoration principles.
•Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,
Compusoft, 3Dmax or similar tools.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
•Aesthetic sensibility and an eye for detail to create visually appealing and cohesive design concepts.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-focused environment, with flexible hours, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
•Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes in the furniture industry.
•Strong problem solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions within budgetary constraints.
•Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings, as needed, to accommodate customer appointments.
