Position: Credit Insurance Claim Manager (Chinese accounts)
Recovery Advisers is an international professional services organisation focused on the recovery of international trade receivables, commercial dispute resolution, and credit insurance claims and recoveries management.
We are looking for an individual with a background in law and credit insurance to join our team in Singapore.

Profile and Qualifications:
At least three years of working experience.
Law degree (post-graduate qualifications are a plus).
Experienced in international commercial transactions.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Manage claim files to ensure their progress as per the company's guidelines.
Devise appropriate recovery strategies and amicable settlements.
Updating and advising the clients on the progress of their claims.
Analysing claim documents, determining the feasibility of legal action, and thereafter formulate a legal action strategy.
Investigate claims and conduct cargo traces.

Ensure that claims and actions are properly and promptly recorded on the company's CRM system.
