Job Overview
Responsible for selling Construction Equipment products to achieve targets in terms of quantity and value, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Financial
Responsible for achieving individual financial targets (unit sales, revenue and gross profits).
Market leadership
Execute agreed business plan, to ensure the Company achieves its sales and market share targets.
Customer
Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and their buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide the appropriate solution.
Attend to customer concerns/problems and ensure they are resolved amicably, in timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with all customers.
Create product awareness and arrange/conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities in deals closure.
Competitors insight
Keep updated on competitors activities and provide timely feedback to Manager to support development of marketing strategy.
Business planning & budgeting
Develop with Account Manager individual sales plan (unit sales, revenue, gross profit, participation, closure, etc.)
Objective settings and achievements
Support execution and achievements of Department objectives and action plans. .
Operational excellence-Sales Operations
Use the CRM system to create/manage activities, business opportunities, as per CRM business rules and conventions.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of quoting, invoicing and product delivery.
Develop with the Manager individual call plan and ensure its timely execution.
Complete the “won” and “lost” Sales Reports in timely manner, and ensure data quality.
Provide to the Manager periodical reports to apprise him on business environment.
Keep up to date with new products and support department on NPI activities.
Assist in planning and managing participation in trade shows and exhibitions to maximize market coverage.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of DBS customer database.
Assist the Accounts Department in collection of receivables where needed.
Account owner for all Chinese customers with full responsibility, thru creating new accounts and cover assigned customer list in CRM.
Create, follow up and close opportunities in CRM.
Generate leads in CRM and assign to concern salesman.
Regular Chinese customer visits based on PAR target, and report activities in CRM.
Working with Branch to create proposals and discuss with Chinese Customers

Educational and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
•Min 3 years of experience in Selling Construction Equipment.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
•Presentable and customer service oriented.
•UAE driving license.
•Chinese language is mandatory
