LEASING DEPARTMENT
Job Title : Leasing Executive
Job Description: Leasing Executive at one of the biggest shopping malls in Bahrain, responsibilities include:
1.Contract management: drafting and renewing contract for tenants, keep leasing record.
2.Tenancy: Increasing the mall's occupancy rate by getting new tenants while retaining existing ones.
3.Tenant management: tenants accounts and relationship management.
4.Data analysis: leasing data management and analysis, drafting leasing report.
5.Coordination with legal department and government entities on leasing issues.
Requirement:
1. 2+ years’ experience in commercial or residential real estate leasing, key account management, or business development.
2. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially excel. Other data analysis and visualization skills are a plus.
3. Good communication skills with clients.

OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Job Title : Junior Engineer
Job Description: The Junior Engineer will perform routine, entry-level engineering tasks under the direct supervision of a senior engineer with the goal of developing more advanced applied engineering skills, and other responsibilities include:

1.Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
2.Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
3.Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
4.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
5.Provides information by answering questions and requests.
6.Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
7.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
8.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10.Receive the supplier invoices and proceed for timely payment.
11.Preparing monthly report
12.Fit-out document procedures and work permit issuance
Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3.Ability to comprehend and follow directions
4.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software program

MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Job Title : Marketing Specialist
Job Description: We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements and other responsibilities include:

1.Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
2.Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
3.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
4.Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
5.Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
6.Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
7.Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
8.Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirement:
1.BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
2.Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
3.Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
4.Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
5.Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
6.Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends).
7.Excellent communication and people skills.
8.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
9.Creativity and commercial awareness? Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
10.Experience in digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and brand management.
