Designer and supplier of luxury goods to the world’s leading hotel group, Maxim World is seeking a Sales/ Admin support to join their growing team.

Our range of products for rooms, bathrooms, spas and food & beverage have been designed with the hotel guests in mind, using a variety of materials such as wood, stone, leather, glass, metal, resin and melamine.
The Sales/Admin support is a permanent role working from home. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company with clients worldwide.
- Monday to Friday. (Full-time)
- 09:00 to 18:00.
•Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary including quotations；
•Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise；
•Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format；
•Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product；
•Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals；
•Coordinates with other departments to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly；
•Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team；
•Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary；
•Arranges appointments with clients and sales team；
•Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls；
•Updates all contact information for clients；
•Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary；
•Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents；
•Hold a degree from an accredited institution；
•Excellent MS office skills；
•Goal-driven and target-oriented, always able to step back and appreciate the bigger picture；
•Strong and confident communication skills in English；
•Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job, whilst being able to work at speed ；
•Able to multitask and manage time accordingly and to tight deadlines；
•A collaborative team player, Strong organisational skills, Exceptional attention to detail and Solution focused problem solver；
•Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate a can-do approach；
•Have a culture of aiming for excellent customer service；
