【招聘】Investor Relations Specialist /Manager
The Investor Relations Specialist /Manager in Yalla Dubai is responsible for developing investor confidence and belief in the company in MENA and working with MKT & PR team to enhance the company’s social presence, influence and status in MENA.
1. Job Description:
• Exploring and attending investment or industry (internet/technology) related conferences in UAE, help improve the company’s exposure and build relationships with local experts in the investment or industry community.
• Providing senior management with feedback and recommendations related to discussions with the investment community, as well as construction commentary regarding events within the target market and industry.
• Presenting company investor deck to the new investors; acting as a spokesperson with the investment community regarding the company’s business model, operating results, and business strategy.
• Effectively communicating with the existing and prospective investors to inform the former about Yalla’s financial performance, governance & future prospects as well as help new investors to make informed investment decisions on Yalla.
• Performing in depth financial analysis and producing relevant presentations, data visualization and reports.
• Preparing and conveying investment related presentations and updates in press releases, investor meetings or investor community to ensure that information received by investors is relevant, correct, timely and understandable.
• Providing accurate information to assist investors and analysts on the company’s modelling.
• Supporting the company IR events (Analyst Day, Investor Day, etc.. ), social media posting (disclosure of audit report, financial data, etc.) to enhance the interaction between (potential) investors and company.
• Researching the market, monitoring the industry trends, interpreting data related to Yalla that could affect shareholders, and predicting future industry trends with MKT &PR team.
• Coordinating and supporting the PR and branding events, marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s social presence, influence and status in MENA.
2. Job Requirement:
• Education:Bachelor or above degree in Financial Management, Economics, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Skill:Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) & presentation skills, good organization and analytical skills with an excellent understanding of financial reporting are required.
• Experience:Medium Level with minimal 3-5 years’ proven working experience in investor relations, public relations, marketing, sales, financial investment, legal and other related fields are required.
• Personal Quality: Team player, positive attitude and passionate.
• Language:Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
