【招聘】Demand Planning Manager
Job Description:
*Collect and analyze the historical sell-in/sell out data, output baseline sales forecast for whole regions/categories by SKU level, rolling 6months demand forecast and proposal order plan
*Analyze and Improve forecast accuracy
*Work with GTM, Sales to collect and summarize the events forecast, business opportunity (promotion, new products launch, sales projects…)
*Manage overall demand allocation of constrained products supply to provide high service level delivery as well as healthy inventory of strategic clients.Ensure all products are shipped
according to the customer requirement date timely
*Inventory management: Pipeline stock and over capital with reasonable stock level,EOL stock clearance and raw materials liability control
*Lead Demand Management Review meeting with sales, GTM for the risks and opportunities input from Business
*Drive Sales and Operations Planning process, coordinate with cross functional teams to achieve the quota/biz forecast
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, Major in supply chain or business administration
- At least 5 years’ experience in Demand Planning/ Supply Chain Management
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
- Faster learner, excellent analytical skills with Excel, familiar with Power BI, Python
- Excellent Team Player, strong communication skills
