【GTM Manager】
We are looking for a Middle East POCO GTM Manager – who is a self-motivated and results-driven person. He/she has deep understanding of key accounts and their clients so as to provide customised Go-to-market business strategy and tactics. At the same time, he/she is a bridge link between HQ and ME Region to facilitate the development of policies, procedure, business situation and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Own the GTM short-and-long strategy and set the pace, process, and direction on how to bring propositions/products to market;
2.Deep understanding the local market, consumer behaviours, industry trend, product competition and key clients needs;
3.Develop and execute GTM plans including the end of end definition of market opportunity, competitive landscape, target segments, right products, the route to market, pricing, proposition, key messaging, commercial benefit/impact and launch timeline in partnership with the Product team;
4.Partnering closely with Product to bring to market all product releases, major updates and launches. Advising on the right strategy for the GTM plan.
5.Project management and coordinate the GTM plan with all stakeholders and channel owners with on-time execution that meet sales revenue;
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
•Previous similar experience where proposition building, pricing and forecasting in consumer electronics and smartphone or IoT industry;
•Business strategy driven, defined objective(s), KPIs and reporting against plan;
•Strong Project management skills;
•Knowledgeable and comfortable with Agile development practices from the point of view of Product Marketing;
•Previous global working experience and understand the different country culture;
•Entrepreneurial spirit;
•Meticulous attention to detail;
•Mandarin language is a desirable.

【E-commerce sales Manager】

Key Responsibilities:
1.Managing cooperation with local e-commerce platforms, including both retail and marketplace business;
2.Developing and maintaining relationships with key e-commerce players on the local market;
3.Cooperating with partners to manage authorized/official online stores;
4.Managing projects related to e-commerce, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and product launches;
5.Providing insights and reports regarding the local e-commerce market;
6.Continuously developing and testing new ideas to identify best practices;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree with proven English proficiency;
2.2+ years of e-Commerce experience;
3.Ability of using Microsoft Office for various tasks;
4.Result-driven and ability of working under pressure;
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Work experience in global e-Commerce players, including but not limited to Amazon, Aliexpress and eBay;
2.Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry, preferably smartphones;
3.Proven track record of influencing others for your key business KPIs;
