要求:女生,中文沟通能力优秀, 书面英语、口头英语基本交流顺畅、无障碍。
Key Requirements:Lady preferred. Excellent Chinese communication skills, good acknowledge of written English and verbal English without discrepancy or misunderstanding.
岗位 职责
接受记录客户咨询,整理汇报客户的核心问题或需求。
Receive and record customer inquiries and efficiently report customers’ key questions or core needs.
与同事或主管分享信息、跟进问题解决的进展,以高效、负责的工作态度及时给予客户解决方案或有效信息反馈。
Share information with colleagues or supervisors, follow up the progress of problem solving, then timely give customer solutions or helpful feedback with an efficient and responsible work attitude.
完成自身工作时,不忽视且更要积极去发现、拓展客户的潜在业务需求。
When completing your own work, not to ignore and more actively to find and develop the potential business needs of customers.
时刻保持良好工作热情,态度谦和。
