Job Title: Project Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
l Identifying new sales leads
l Pitching products and/or services
l Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
l Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
l Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
l Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
l Ensuring project deadlines are met.
l Determining project changes.
l Providing administrative support as needed.
l Developing Project Strategies
l Undertaking project tasks as required.
l Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
l Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
l Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
l Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Qualifications and Education Requirements
l Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
l Three years’ experience in related field.
l Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
l Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
l Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
l Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
l Knowledge files management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
l Ability to work on tight deadlines.
l 25 to 35 years old
l With pleasant personality
l UAE Driver’s License ( preferred)
l Knowledge on Information Technology and Computer field
l Excellent communication skills
l Can speak Arabic and English fluently (Multi-lingual speaker is preferred)
l Strong, analytic, logic and problem solving skills
l Time management, attention to details, team work and organizational
